关于两会，有许多容易混淆的知识点。本期中需要注意的有“代表”和“委员 ”
全国人民代表大会的成员称为“代表”（deputy to NPC），而中国人民政治协商会议的成员称为“委员”（CPPCC members）。
人大会议是“X届全国人大X次会议”（the Xth session of Xth NPC），政协会议是“全国政协X届X次会议”（the Xth session of Xth CPPCC National Committee）。
今年就是“第十三届全国人大二次会议”（the second session of the 13th NPC）和“全国
政协十三届二次会议”（the second session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee）。
